The application automatically records everything, but only important events are saved for later use or as evidence. You can choose what to leave just by touching the screen, even if you are driving.
Video evidence can be very useful in the case of accidents, frauds with insurance, violations by DPS officers, protection from deception and from differing testimonies of witnesses.
