It has been waked. You can choose from the moment you’ve made it. . Until you switch the screen off again. NEW: “It is not possible to clear it off.” You need it. (Note that also in this mode, it’s like Google Fit, Maps, or Runtastic.) NOTE: StayLit Wear is not compatible with the Emporio Armani Connected 5338 smartwatch.
USAGE: In order to adjust the backlight timeout, open the StayLit Wear app on your watch. This will bring up the Longer Backlight settings. Select a setting in the list by tapping on it. Deactivate StayLit Wear by “off“ in this list.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are using the watch face, you need to set it up.
INSTALLATION TROUBLESHOOTING: Wear 2.0: If you are not wearing a new one, you can’t find it. Wear 1.x: StayLit should be shown up in the phone after app. The app should not be shown up in the app menu after approx. 30 seconds after installation. If it still doesn’t seem to be possible, try the "Resync apps" option in the Android Wear app on the phone (Settings> Device settings> Resync apps). Also, make sure you have the Android Wear app installed on your phone. Please contact me - I will be happy to help!

Do you find the built-in backlight timeout period of your smartwatch is actually quite short? Wouldn't it be nice if you could adjust the backlight time to stay on the screen a little longer? (So not only you, but your friends may be amazed by this new dial you just installed ...)
StayLit Wear allows you to adjust the time that the light stays on after the clock has been awakened. You can choose the value of how much time must pass from the moment when the clock was waking up from dim mode (i.e. if you have tapped the screen, moved the clock, or pressed the button) so that it will be allowed to return to dim mode again. from a range of values up to 5 minutes, or until you switch the screen again. NEW: “vague +” mode: the light remains on until you turn it off, but it also turns off when you lower your hand or turn the clock away from you. Thus, the light will be on exactly when you need it. (Please note that in this mode, StayLit respects the individual light timeout of applications such as Google Fit, Maps and Runtastic.) Note: StayLit Wear is not compatible with the Emporio Armani Connected 5338 SmartWatch.
APPLICATION: In order to set the backlight time, open the application's StayLit Wear on the watch. This will result in a longer backlight setting. Select a setting in the list by clicking on it. Deactivate StayLit Wear by selecting “OFF“ in this list.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are using the Odyssey dial, you need to set its “Environment Mode” to “Off” for StayLit to work properly.
Installation troubleshooting: Wear 2.0: If you have not found the Wear StayLit application on the watch after installation, please open the Play Store on the watch, search for “StayLit Wear” and install it directly from there. Wear 1.x: After it has been installed on the phone, StayLit should be displayed in the application box of the phone. On the clock, the application should be displayed in the application menu (access through a long press of the watch power button) after approx. 30 seconds after installation. If it still does not appear on the clock for a few minutes, try the “Sync apps” option in the Android Wear app on your phone (Settings> Device Setup> Sync apps). Also, make sure you have the latest version of the Android Wear application installed on your phone.
