The application "Cadastre" helps to obtain data from the State Real Estate Cadastre:
- cadastral number
- legal status of the land plot
- address of its placement
- the exact value of the area of the property
- cadastral value of the property
Using the application, it is possible to order an official extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) on the main characteristics, rights and transfer of rights to any real estate, while simply selecting an object on the map or specifying a cadastral number.
Also in the application it is possible to order an independent assessment of the property or to challenge the current cadastral value.

Information from USRN is publicly available and can be provided to any interested person.
Why do I need an extract from the USRN?
