If you are using Android 8.x and the app, you’re browsing the app Settings ’->> Apps & Notifications’ -> App App Notifications - -> “Show All” then go to the bottom and select the "System apps" -> "Android System" and under the "Display over other apps" section disable the "HandsFree Wear" service
