Application Description
WhatsApp Business allows your company to be represented in WhatsApp, communicate more effectively with customers, and helps your business grow.
If you have two different phone numbers (personal and company numbers), you can install both the WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger applications on the same device and register them with different phone numbers.
In addition to the features of WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:
• BUSINESS ACCOUNT PROFILE: Create a company profile to help customers find important information: your website, location or contact information.
• MESSAGE MANAGEMENT: Be more active with your customers through out-of-site messages at a time when you cannot reply to messages, or by using Welcome Messages describing your business to customers who have contacted you for the first time.
• SUPPORT URBAN / FIXED NUMBER: You can use a landline or fixed telephone number and your customers will be able to write you to this number. When registering a number, select the "Call Me" option to get the code using a call.
• USE WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS SIMULTANEOUSLY: You can use WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each application must be associated with a unique phone number.
• WHATSAPP WEB: You can more efficiently respond to your customers directly from your computer’s browser.
WhatsApp Business was created based on WhatsApp Messenger, and supports all the features you are used to: the ability to send multimedia, free calls *, free international messages *, group chat, offline messages and more.
