Application Description
DigiHUD Speedometer is a free digital projection display (HUD) that shows speed and other useful information on the windshield of your car. The display can be switched between normal viewing and HEAD UP (HUD) projection mode, in which the screen of your device is reflected in the windshield of the car (most effective at night and depends on the brightness of the device).
DigiHUD may also look like a floating widget on top of other applications or your desktops.
The following information is currently displayed:
Current speed (you can choose Miles / h, Km / h or Knots)
Average speed of the current trip
Maximum speed of the current trip
Distance covered (three trip counters)
Compass
Run (found in Statistics)
Current time
Numbers change color when your speed is above a given one (can be set in Program Settings)
Battery charge level
GPS received badge

Main menu
It opens by touching the center of the screen when displaying speed or via a soft button and consists of the following items:
Exit DigiHUD: Exit Application
Normal / Background mode: Closing the program and opening the floating widget
HEAD-UP view / Normal view: Toggles between HUD (mirroring) and normal mode
Speed units: Switch between Miles / h, Km / h or Knots
Set Speed Alert: The speed at which numbers change color to red. An audible alert can also be included here.
Brightness: Adjust screen brightness
Display Color: Choose from 10 custom readable colors
Lock screen rotation: Leaves the screen in its current position.
Display Parameters: Enable / Disable Screen Elements
Statistics: Displays odometer, distance traveled, max. speed, average speed and version number
Help: Displays program help as well as other information.
The application will now run in the background, so exit the application from the menu if it is not needed.

We try to make the testimony in the program as accurate as possible, but they all depend on the sensors in your device, so please consider them as approximate.
Using DigiHUD
Swipe left or right to switch between screen views.
Swipe up or down to switch between HEAD-UP and Normal view
Press trip counter to switch between three counters
Press and hold the value to reset it.
Press and hold a unit of measurement to switch between Miles / h, Km / h, Knots (also available in the Menu)
In the floating widget mode, you can expand it or close it
All values can be reset by long pressing 'PAUSE RESET' (Odometer in Statistics after such a reset will not show the total distance)
The screen will not turn off during long trips and work in portrait or landscape mode
